Aerojet Delivers! Investing in Our Communities, allows GenCorp employees to make pre-tax charitable contributions to the schools and non-profit organizations of their choice.
In 2006, GenCorp employees pledged $216,000 to local schools and charities.

The Company encourages employee involvement in community affairs and volunteerism. In 2006, GenCorp operating segments and employees were widely recognized for their significant contributions of funds, times and service
to schools and many community-based organizations.

The GenCorp Foundation is dedicated to supporting education and non-profit social services, civic and arts organizations in the communities where GenCorp employees live, work and volunteer. Through grants, scholarships and matching gifts, the GenCorp Foundation distributed approximately $850,000 in 2006.
