The GenCorp Foundation is dedicated to supporting education and non-profit organizations in the communities where employees live, work and volunteer. Through grants, scholarships and matching gifts, the GenCorp Foundation distributed $754,082 in 2011.

Investing in Our Communities, Aerojet Delivers! gives employees the opportunity to make charitable contributions to the schools and non-profit organizations through the ease of payroll deduction. In 2011, employees pledged $300,000 to local schools and charities.

The Educational Dollars for Doers Program matches employees' volunteer time in the classroom with cash contributions to schools.
