The GenCorp Foundation, the philanthropic arm of GenCorp and its subsidiary companies, was established in 2000 to provide charitable resources in the communities where the company does business and where its employees live, work and volunteer.
The GenCorp Foundation's primary giving focus is education, with emphasis on science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Since 2000, the GenCorp Foundation has contributed more than $11.3 million to schools and nonprofit organizations through grants, scholarships and matching gifts.
In 2014, the GenCorp Foundation contributed $650,398 in grants and scholarships.
The Gencorp Foundation is not currently accepting LOIs (Letters of Inquiry) or funding requests.
We are transitioning to an online grant portal. In 2015, LOIs and requests will only be accepted through this website.
