The GenCorp Foundation endorses the company's commitment. Through grantmaking, workplace giving and employee volunteerism, the GenCorp Foundation is dedicated to supporting the communities where our employees live, work and volunteer.

The GenCorp Foundation was established in 2000 to meet the charitable needs of the communities where the company conducts business. Its primary giving focus is education, with emphasis on science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

Since 2000, the GenCorp Foundation has contributed more than $8 million to schools and nonprofit organizations through grants, scholarships and matching gifts.

In 2011, the GenCorp Foundation contributed $624,490 in grants and scholarships. It also matched $129,592 in educational gifts, disaster relief and Dollars for Doers funding.
